BIM & Digital Delivery Manager

About the role

Seeking an experienced BIM & Digital Delivery Manager to lead BIM excellence through project support, standards development, training, and technology leadership. The role involves partnering with project teams and practice leaders to enhance project delivery via BIM, digital workflows, and emerging technologies, including automation and AI.

Responsibilities

• Provide firmwide BIM best practices, support model setup, coordination, troubleshooting, and quality reviews.
• Advise on BIM workflows, standards, and technology solutions during project kickoff.
• Develop and manage digital workflows converting BIM data into actionable information.
• Maintain and evolve BIM standards, templates, and content libraries.
• Create training programs and technical documentation.
• Support software evaluations, licensing, and technology planning.
• Research and pilot emerging technologies, including automation and AI, to improve project delivery and staff productivity.
• Monitor industry trends to position the firm as a leader in digital innovation.

Requirements

• Associates degree or higher with proven BIM experience in AEC environment.
• Advanced Revit proficiency and knowledge of BIM workflows.
• Strong communication, training, and collaboration skills across disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Autodesk Forma, Navisworks, Dynamo, and emerging digital tools.
• Familiarity with automation and AI applications.
• Visualization and performance analysis skills.
