Digital Delivery Specialist(BIM Manager)

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Coordinate with DDS and BIM Coordinators to implement BIM technology
• Manage the implementation of supporting software applications for BIM
• Stay updated on new technologies affecting digital design
• Provide feedback on project-based activities
• Document Digital Delivery processes, procedures, and workflows
• Develop and administer BIM-related training programs
• Assist project teams with troubleshooting and model management

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree of Science in Architecture/Engineering required
• 10+ years' progressive experience in BIM/3D Modeling
• 3+ years experience managing BIM Projects
• Advanced knowledge in building information modeling programs and techniques
• Expertise in Revit/Navisworks required
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay

$112,200 – $196,400 annually
