Digital Coordinator
Southwest Region – Paid Time Off (PTO): 80 hours accrued year 1; 120 hours accrued annually after year 1. Paid Sick Time: 40 hours annually.

The Digital Coordinator is responsible for owning digital engagement and growth within their assigned region. This position focuses on adoption, improving online customer experience, and leveraging data to guide regional business decisions. This position onboards users, analyzes behavior, identifies opportunities, and partners with marketing, sales, and technical teams to implement initiatives that increase engagement, strengthen customer relationships, and drive measurable growth.

Responsibilities
- Own the digital customer experience and adoption strategy within the assigned region by driving engagement, platform utilization, and business growth through the company's digital solutions.
- Lead regional onboarding initiatives by training, supporting, and enabling customers and internal teams to successfully adopt and maximize the value of the company's digital platforms.
- Manage regional user and account administration, ensuring account integrity, appropriate access, and an exceptional customer experience.
- Analyze customer engagement, platform performance, and business metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing data-driven recommendations that support business growth and customer success.
- Partner with sales, marketing, technical, and other cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that enhance platform functionality, improve the customer experience, and increase digital adoption.
- Monitor platform performance, identify operational issues and improvement opportunities, gather customer and internal feedback, and coordinate timely resolution with appropriate stakeholders.
- Develop and present reports, analyses, and strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams to support informed decision-making and regional business objectives.
- Stay informed of evolving digital technologies, customer expectations, and industry trends, proactively recommending process improvements and best practices that strengthen the organization's digital capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in sales or a related field preferred but not required.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant sales and industry experience.
- Digital, e-commerce, or business analysis experience is a plus but not required.
- Industry knowledge strongly preferred.
- Any combination of education, training, or experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position will be accepted in place of the education and/or experience requirements listed for this role.

Pay
$65,000-$85,000 annually D.O.E.; salary exempt.
Schedule
Full-time/40 hours per week (overtime as needed). Monday – Friday; day shift.
Work Environment
- This position primarily operates in a professional office environment using standard business technology, including computers, mobile devices, videoconferencing platforms, and other digital collaboration tools.
- Regular interaction with cross-functional teams, customers, and business partners occurs through in-person meetings, telephone, email, and virtual communication platforms.
- Occasional visits to branch locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be required to support training, user adoption, and business initiatives.
- The work environment is generally quiet but may include periodic exposure to warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments while visiting company locations or customer sites.
- Occasional travel may be required to support regional business needs, customer engagement, training, or company meetings.
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to stand, walk, and sit.
- Regularly required to see, talk, and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, the ability to adjust focus, and peripheral vision.
- Ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs at times.
