Digital Construction Project Analyst – Graduate Development Program

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, process, and analyze data from various sources to support construction project management and decision-making.
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills and techniques to effectively transform unstructured data and present it back in an informative fashion.
  • Apply knowledge of data cleansing, ETL processes, database design, application, and visualization tools.
  • Engage with clients to gather requirements and present findings in a clear and compelling way.
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, reports, and present data insights to stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular data quality checks and implementing data governance practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools.
  • Support the running of workshops with stakeholders, defining business processes, products and service improvements, project managing the roll-out of products/processes/services and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) for continuous quality improvement exercises.

Qualifications

  • Possess and be able to evidence excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be passionate about the built environment and the construction industry, spanning infrastructure, real estate and energy & natural resources.

  • Be environmentally conscious, aware of current environmental issues, and eager to contribute to a more sustainable future in the construction industry.
  • Have an analytical mindset and be keen to hone their skills.

  • Recognize their own development needs and be ready to invest time and energy in learning and refining their technical and commercial skills.
  • Hold a Bachelors and/or Masters Degree: Typical degree courses (listed A-Z): Architecture Data Science Computer Science Engineering General Business Management Information Systems Math Physical sciences Project Management.
