Digital Construction Project Analyst – Graduate Development Program

About the role
The Graduate Development Program (GDP) is designed for recent graduates with less than two years of industry experience. As a Digital Construction Project Analyst, you will work in our growing USA Digital business unit, supporting clients across sectors such as High Tech, Transport, Healthcare, Rail, Energy, Telecoms, Defense, Government, and Finance. The Digital track of the GDP provides exposure to services including Digital Advisory, Strategy and Transformation, Data and Systems Strategy, Data and Technology Project Management, Data Analytics and Automation, BIM and Information Management, and Digital Project Controls.
The program is approximately two years in duration, with opportunities in New York, NY; Houston, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Tampa, FL; Austin, TX; Nashville, TN; and San Francisco, CA for 2027 starts.
Responsibilities
- Gather, process, and analyze data from various sources to support construction project management and decision-making.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to transform unstructured data into informative presentations.
- Utilize knowledge of data cleansing, ETL processes, database design, application, and visualization tools.
- Engage with clients to gather requirements and present findings clearly and compellingly.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, reports, and present data insights to stakeholders and internal teams.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular quality checks and data governance practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance project efficiency.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools.
- Support workshops with stakeholders, define business processes, and project manage the roll-out of products, processes, and services.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for continuous quality improvement.
- Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Architecture, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Information Systems, Math, Physical Sciences, Project Management).
