The Digital Communications Operations Specialist manages UMA’s website and digital content, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with institutional priorities. This role supports day-to-day digital communications by updating and maintaining website content, assisting with email communications, supporting digital platforms, and developing content for social media and email.

Responsibilities

  • Manage UMA’s website and digital content
  • Ensure content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with institutional priorities
  • Update and maintain website content
  • Aid in email communications
  • Support digital platforms used across External Relations
  • Develop and adapt content for digital channels such as social media and email

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital content management, web support, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in higher education or similarly complex organizations
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and digital compliance
