This role leads transformative change, integrating advanced technology with strategic vision to drive impact at scale.
As a Digital Experience Email Production Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and hands-on execution of email and lifecycle marketing campaigns, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, quality, and timely deployment across house email and VAE programs. - Collaborate with Marketing, Product Owners, execution teams, analytics partners, and external agencies to prioritize, coordinate, and deliver campaigns that support engagement, conversion, and broader customer journey objectives.
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects, balancing business priorities, stakeholder expectations, ambiguity, and technical constraints, while ensuring adherence to milestones, approvals, and compliance requirements.
- Design, document, and continuously improve toolkits, standards, and processes, maintaining comprehensive documentation on requirements, production flows, channel best practices, campaign calendars, and playbooks.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and vendors, applying change management practices to drive the sustainable adoption of new tools, processes, and systems.
Requirements
- Robust Marketing Automation experience, including hands-on execution of both Email Marketing and Lifecycle Marketing campaigns (setup, segmentation, QA, optimization, and performance monitoring).
- Experience executing email marketing campaigns, with exposure to lifecycle marketing programs, triggered communications, or customer journey activation.

- Strong project management skills to lead operational delivery and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align cross-functional teams and enterprise stakeholders.
- Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries.
Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience supporting the execution of multichannel or omnichannel lifecycle programs that contribute to more cohesive customer journeys.
- Experience activating above-campaign digital marketing initiatives through channel experiences and supporting product or campaign optimization pilots.
- Familiarity with omnichannel systems and tools, including workflow, campaign automation, CRM, AEM, or other content management systems.
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in campaign management.
