About the Role
The Digital Assistant Branch Manager leads, coaches, and supports the ITM Teller team to deliver consistent service excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with Credit Union policies. This role oversees daily Interactive Teller Services operations and supports digital branch functions, including online account opening, loan origination, and member onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Assist members with online account opening, loan applications, and onboarding to ensure a seamless digital experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly core goals by resolving operational challenges and member concerns proactively.
- Lead, coach, and develop the ITM Teller team to deliver exceptional service, operational excellence, and sales results via digital channels.
- Oversee daily Interactive Teller Services operations, ensuring compliance with security, fraud prevention, and member identification procedures.
- Drive a sales and service culture by identifying opportunities to deepen member relationships and promote Credit Union products.
- Collaborate with leadership and other departments to support organizational goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Four-year high school degree or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of experience in teller, member service, loan, or related roles.
- Preferred: Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
- Knowledge of credit union operations, teller functions, and loan processes.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high service standards.
