Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a Digital Asset Manager.
- Proficient in DAM systems, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Airtable.
- Experience working with raster images, video, 2D/3D graphics, and audio files.
- Experience with large-scale creative production or promotional artwork management.
- Proven ability to manage large volumes of creative assets across their lifecycle.
- Keen eye for detail and familiarity with digital asset specifications, design concepts, terminology, and style guides.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Able to meet deadlines while balancing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excelling at being self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven with a creative problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and workflows, with a proactive approach to integrating emerging technologies to improve production efficiency and creative output.
Description
Manage the developer asset lifecycle from initial request to reviews, approvals, handoff and archiving.
Serve as the primary point of contact, overseeing and managing developer communications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate details and clear communication.
Receive and organize the digital assets into the Digital Asset Management platform.
Assess assets for policy compliance, technical specifications, and creative brief alignment.
Escalate assets requiring Business Affairs clearances.
Maintain trackers, ensuring accuracy of statuses, notes, and linked resources.
