Dietitian - Per Diem

Provides nutrition screening, assessment, care, and education to patients across all ages, from neonatal to geriatric, under the supervision of the Manager, Clinical Nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments
• Deliver personalized nutrition care
• Support patient health outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in human nutrition or dietetics
• Registered with the National Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Completion of an accredited dietetic internship
• Certification within six months of hire

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Specialization in renal, pediatric, oncology, or gerontological nutrition
• Healthcare clinical experience
