Dietary Supervisor (As Needed)
PRN (as needed) position supervising Dietary Staff from the opening to the closing of the department.
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance for the department.
- Participate in record keeping and staff training to maintain compliance with State and JCAHO standards.
- Maintain proper records for refrigerator and freezer temperatures in the kitchen.
- Maintain proper records for dish machine temperatures and pot sink sanitizer concentration.
- Conduct periodic kitchen sanitation audits as directed by the Department Head and develop action plans from those audits.
Requirements
- SERV Safe Food Handler certification.
- 1-3 years of experience.

Pay
$20.06 to $30.09 per hour, based on experience.
