Dietary Manager

About the Role

We are searching for a Dietary Manager to join our team at Harmony Park Ridge. In this role, you will oversee the Dietary Department, ensuring our residents receive high-quality meals that meet their nutritional needs. You will plan and direct all aspects of the department, supervise staff, maintain cleanliness, and create a pleasant and safe dining experience for residents.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct all operations of the Dietary Department.
• Supervise dietary staff and ensure department cleanliness.
• Ensure residents receive meals that meet their nutritional needs and expectations.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food sanitation certification.
• State of Illinois Dietary Manager Certification (C.D.M).
• Prior Dietary Manager experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
