Dietary Manager

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Dietary Manager Certification preferred
• Computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and order processing
• Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the general public
• Must meet employment requirements, including TB, criminal background check

Responsibilities

The Certified Dietary Manager directs all activities of the Culinary Service Department and dining room. They are responsible for the quality of meals served, quality of service delivery during meal service, control of Dietary Department expenses, and for compliance with special diets offered by the community, as well as scheduling and management of the Dietary staff.
