About the role
We are seeking a dedicated leader to oversee our culinary department, manage nutritional care, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily foodservice operations, meal preparation, and dining services.
- Plan nutritious, appealing menus complying with physician orders and dietary restrictions.
- Supervise, schedule, train, and mentor culinary and dietary staff.
- Maintain strict compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
- Order food, equipment, and supplies while managing the department budget.
- Conduct nutritional assessments and participate in patient care planning.
Qualifications
- Certification: Active Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professional (CDM, CFPP) designation required.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of dietary management experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of IDDSI frameworks, clinical nutrition, and state health department regulations.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, budget management, and communication skills.

Pay
$90,000 – $115,000 per year (Based on experience)
