Dietary Aide (Server)

About the Role

Wallick Senior Living is seeking a Dietary Aide (Server) to join our team at The Ashford of Mt. Washington in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of senior residents while being part of a supportive, employee-owned organization.

What You'll Do

• Serves meals to residents in the dining room following table etiquette
• Handles meal requests of residents during meal service
• Completes setup and cleaning of the dining room before and after each meal service
• Helps maintain the juice bar, coffee, and iced tea available to residents
• Maintains a supply of proper utensils, cups, glasses, and other items for use by residents
• Responsible for grab-and-go and stocking as necessary
• Performs other related duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Previous waiter experience preferred
• Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with co-workers and residents
• Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from internal and external sources
• Ability to apply basic math skills

Pay

$15.50/hour
