About the role

A unique approach to senior living where associates ensure residents live their best lives through meaningful activities, delicious meals, and round-the-clock support.

Responsibilities

• Serves meals to residents in the dining room following table etiquette.
• Handles meal requests from residents during meal service.
• Completes setup and cleaning of the dining room before and after each meal service.
• Helps maintain the juice bar, coffee, and iced tea available to residents.
• Maintains a supply of proper utensils, cups, glasses, etc. for resident use.
• Performs grab-and-go stocking as necessary.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous waiter experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with co-workers and residents.
• Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from internal and external sources.
• Ability to apply basic math skills.
