Pay

  • A Level Technicians: Annual pay rate $125,000 up to $160,000+ plus extra pay on specialty work, extra pay on warranty work, tenure, Christmas & vacation incentive pay, and where eligible: sign-on bonus, relocation allowance, referral bonuses, and more.
  • B Level Technicians: Annual pay rate $76,900 up to $98,000+ plus extra pay on specialty work, extra pay on warranty work, tenure, Christmas & vacation incentive pay, and where eligible: sign-on bonus, relocation allowance, referral bonuses, and more.
  • C Level Technicians: Annual pay rate $54,000+ plus tenure & Christmas incentive pay, referral bonuses, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards
  • Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair in a timely manner
  • Perform a wide range of automotive repairs
  • Honestly assess vehicles and communicate necessary repairs clearly and precisely
  • Communicate cause and correction to advisors regarding customer vehicles
  • Complete full, accurate, and honest multi-point inspections
  • Able to master Ford diagnostic tools

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
  • ASE certifications or Ford and/or other OEM certifications
  • Three or more years related experience and/or training
  • Ability to type and utilize all functions of a computer and various operating programs
  • General mechanical skills and manual dexterity
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Ability to pass random drug screens
