Pay
- A Level Technicians: Annual pay rate $125,000 up to $160,000+ plus extra pay on specialty work, extra pay on warranty work, tenure, Christmas & vacation incentive pay, and where eligible: sign-on bonus, relocation allowance, referral bonuses, and more.
- B Level Technicians: Annual pay rate $76,900 up to $98,000+ plus extra pay on specialty work, extra pay on warranty work, tenure, Christmas & vacation incentive pay, and where eligible: sign-on bonus, relocation allowance, referral bonuses, and more.
- C Level Technicians: Annual pay rate $54,000+ plus tenure & Christmas incentive pay, referral bonuses, and more.

Responsibilities
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards
- Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair in a timely manner
- Perform a wide range of automotive repairs
- Honestly assess vehicles and communicate necessary repairs clearly and precisely
- Communicate cause and correction to advisors regarding customer vehicles
- Complete full, accurate, and honest multi-point inspections
- Able to master Ford diagnostic tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- ASE certifications or Ford and/or other OEM certifications
- Three or more years related experience and/or training
- Ability to type and utilize all functions of a computer and various operating programs
- General mechanical skills and manual dexterity
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to pass random drug screens
