Diesel Technician

About the role

Rexco Equipment, Inc is seeking a Full Time Diesel Shop/Field Technician with a passion for diesel machinery and a Class A CDL License. The ideal candidate will thrive in a customer-centric environment and enjoy hands-on work with machinery that keeps customers running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, and repair Exmark mowers and all types of Bobcat equipment.
• Punching on and off work orders as needed and entering a detailed story into the computer of what was done to the machine.
• Ensure customer machines are operational to prevent loss of revenue.
• Master key performance metrics including Technician Efficiency Rate, Recovery Rate, and Rework.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Three to five years of related experience
• Basic computer skills
• General tools of the trade
