About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing diesel engines and related equipment in various vehicles and machinery.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair diesel engines and related equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines
  • Perform routine maintenance checks

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in diesel mechanics
  • Knowledge of diesel engine operation and repair

Qualifications

  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

  • Proficiency in diesel engine repair
  • Knowledge of electrical systems
  • Understanding of fluid mechanics
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
