DIESEL TECHNICIAN

Earn up to $30.00 per hour depending on experience, with six paychecks a month when bonus is included. This is a full-time, first-shift position offering a bi-weekly bonus, competitive compensation, and benefits packages.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Diesel Technician to join our team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and vehicles, working closely with our team of mechanics to ensure all vehicles run efficiently and safely. Your expertise in diesel engines will be crucial in keeping our fleet in top condition.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines and vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance on diesel engines and vehicles
• Collaborate with other mechanics to ensure efficient and safe operation of our fleet
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest diesel engine technology and repair techniques

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a diesel technician training program
• At least 2 years of experience as a diesel technician
• Strong knowledge of diesel engine repair and maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with computer diagnostic tools
• Experience with heavy-duty diesel engines
