Responsibilities
- Provide superb customer service by diagnosing, visual inspections, removal of parts and attachments, and warranty repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance services
- Repair lights and wiring
- Welding, cutting, and other repairs
- Upsales for monthly bonus incentive
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of diesel truck service and computer diagnostics experience
- Mechanical aptitude and technical ability
- Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Professional appearance and strong oral/written communication skills
- Willingness to submit to a background check and post-offer drug screen
Physical Demands
- Stand six to eight hours per shift
- Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, handle, and feel
- Use hand and power tools
- Lift parts weighing up to 70 pounds several times per shift
- Use hoist and test equipment
- Exposure to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes, and other hazardous/nonhazardous materials
Pay & Schedule
- 40 hours per week with overtime eligibility
- Flat rate compensation plan available for well-qualified, proven efficient applicants
- Monthly bonus incentive based on upsales
