What You’ll Do

- Diagnose, repair, and service marine and industrial diesel equipment. - Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support customers after the sale. - Follow service manuals and schematics to complete repairs safely. - Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles.

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of diesel mechanic experience (marine is a plus, not required). - Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic. - Team player willing to step in and help when needed. - Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. - Rebuild experience is highly valued, but we will train technicians who are motivated to learn. - Stable work history is a major plus — we’re looking for someone who wants a long-term home, not just the next paycheck.
