What You’ll Do
- Dialose, repair, and service marine and industrial diesel equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support customers after the sale.
- Follow service manuals and schematics to complete repairs safely.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles.
- Work with a small, team-focused group that supports each other.
What We’re Looking For
- Diesel technicians with 3+ years of experience — agriculture and heavy equipment backgrounds encouraged.
- Mechanics known for reliability, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
- Team players willing to jump in and help when needed.
- Individuals with a valid driver’s license and clean record.
- Rebuild experience is highly valued — but attitude and willingness to learn matter just as much.
