Diesel Technician

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and service inspections on medium and heavy-duty vehicles.
  • Conduct diagnostic and repair work on a variety of vehicle types.
  • Follow established technical and administrative processes.
  • Complete repair orders and parts usage forms accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and customers.
  • Remain current on all technical and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform road service calls as required.

Position Requirements

  • High school diploma, technical school, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in automotive, truck, or bus repair.
  • Ability to own and maintain the proper hand tools to perform job functions.
  • Proficiency with computer operations.
  • Valid driver’s license.
