Requirements
- Manage the maintenance and repair of a fleet of refrigerated trucks, tractors, and trailers
- Manage a team of technicians to complete repairs on time
- Maintain running costs within budget
- Work closely with customers to meet their transportation needs
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience managing a Heavy Truck Maintenance shop
- Experience leading a team of diesel mechanics maintaining a heavy truck fleet
- A customer focused mindset
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skill set
Pay
$90,000-$110,000 per year + Annual Bonus of up to $10,000 + Monthly PM Bonus
Schedule
Steady Schedule: Monday - Friday on 1st Shift
