Automotive & Diesel Service Manager

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing day-to-day operations of a busy automotive/truck repair facility
• Leading technicians, service advisors, and shop staff
• Increasing labor sales, shop efficiency, and gross profit
• Maintaining high customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Hiring, training, coaching, and holding employees accountable
• Ensuring jobs are completed correctly and on time
• Managing workflow, scheduling, and production goals
• Creating a positive, high-performance culture
• Monitoring KPIs including labor hours, comeback rate, ARO, GP%, and productivity
• Handling customer concerns professionally and confidently

• Proven leadership experience in automotive or diesel repair management
• A strong understanding of shop operations and repair processes
• The ability to build and lead a productive team
• A high energy, strong communication skills, and a sense of urgency
• An organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused approach
• Comfortable managing numbers, goals, and accountability
• Someone who leads from the front — not from the office chair

Compensation

Competitive base salary
Performance-based commission structure
Realistic earnings between $100K-$150K+
