Reyes Fleet Management, one of the largest privately held fleets in the US, is looking to hire a Diesel Mechanic / Fleet Technician B to perform repairs and maintenance on tractor and trailer equipment at our Martin Brower shop in Coatesville, PA.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 9:00 PM–5:00 AM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Pay
$26.00–$34.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities
- Accurately inspect, repair, and complete routine preventative maintenance of fleet equipment, including standard component inspections and repairs
- Complete necessary documentation for repairs and maintenance; maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and repairs/inspections completed through the online AssetWorks system
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems using diagnostic tools and technical manuals
- Adhere to all company, local, state, and federal policies and regulations, including DOT, OSHA, and Reyes Fleet Management standards; ensure compliance with safety programs, correct selection and use of appropriate tools, PPE, machine guarding, and established best safety practices
- Drive Reyes Family of Businesses, Reyes Fleet Management, and customer vehicles; maintain a current driver qualification file as required by DOT (annual MVR check, successfully completed DOT Physical, and Safety Performance History records from prior employers in the last three years)
- CDL holders will undergo a DOT Drug Screening within 30 days of start and be subject to an FMCSA Clearinghouse review
- Perform other projects or duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of related experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must possess own tools
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations
- Ability to frequently lift, push, and/or pull weights in excess of 50 pounds, occasionally exceeding 100 pounds
