What You’ll Do
- Utilize NX Progressive Die Wizard and AutoCAD to design and develop progressive dies, tooling, fixtures, and related components.
- Create plan views, bills of materials, detail drawings, burn blocks, electrodes, shims, and all supporting documentation required for die manufacturing.
- Aid in troubleshooting tooling and die-related issues to support production.
- Cook with suppliers to request and review quotes for materials and services.
- Aid with purchase requisitions and procurement processes for new tooling.
- Support shipping and receiving activities for new tooling tool room.
- Ensure compliance with all company quality, environmental, health, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Eaton will not support any "CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT plans, F-1 to H-1B, H-1B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, I-485 job portability, etc."
- No relocation is available for this position. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Carol Stream, IL to be considered. Active Military are exempt from this geographical limitation.
