Tooling & Die Design Engineer

About the role

Responsible for leading die/mold designs for North American mass production, creating 3D models and detailed drawings. Collaborates with customers and internal teams to ensure high-quality parts and production stability.

Responsibilities

• Design die & mold tooling using CAD software
• Implement customer specifications into new and existing dies/molds
• Investigate and resolve tooling issues during build and production
• Oversee design and manufacturing processes with suppliers
• Support installation of dies/molds at production sites

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years relevant experience; co-op experience preferred
• Proficiency with CAD software and mechanical manufacturing knowledge

Working Conditions: Mix of office (70%) and manufacturing environments (20%), including standing, lifting, and potential exposure to heat, dust, oil, and grease. Up to 10% travel required, including international.
