About the role

As a Hemodialysis RN, you will play a crucial role in impacting your community by delivering care that fosters inspiring outcomes. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team, delivering top-tier, compassionate, and tailored care to individuals facing kidney disease.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis.
• Supervise care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, and creating personalized care plans.
• Address patient concerns and build rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery.
• Educate nursing staff on the care of the hemodialysis patient, hemodialysis equipment, and hemodialysis standards of care.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensures as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• A CRRN certification preferred (if not obtained, we can assist).
• Six months of dialysis nursing experience required.
• A year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting preferred.
