About the role
As a Hemodialysis RN, you will provide direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis. You will also supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns. Additionally, you will build rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery. You will educate nursing staff on the care of the hemodialysis patient, hemodialysis equipment, and hemodialysis standards of care.
Responsibilities
- Providing direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis.

- Educating nursing staff on the care of the hemodialysis patient, hemodialysis equipment, and hemodialysis standards of care.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensures as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- ACLS within 1 year of hire (preferred).
- CRRN certification preferred (if not obtained, we can assist with obtaining it).
- Six months dialysis nursing experience required.
- A year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting preferred.
