Dialysis RN

About the role

As a Hemodialysis RN at Encompass Health, you will provide direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis. Your responsibilities include supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns. Additionally, you will build rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery. You will also educate nursing staff on the care of the hemodialysis patient, hemodialysis equipment, and hemodialysis standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis

Qualifications

• Current RN licensures as required by state regulations
• CPR certification ACLS within 1 year of hire
• CRRN certification preferred (If you don't have it, we can help you to obtain it!)
• 6 months dialysis nursing experience required
• 1 year of experience in inpatient hospital setting preferred
