Dialysis Program Manager - RN

Role Overview: Responsible for managing daily operations and supporting the growth of a Home Therapies program, ensuring high-quality patient care in compliance with policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities Oversee and support the delivery of home dialysis therapies, including staff training, scheduling, and patient environment assessments.Manage program profit and loss, optimizing operations to meet or exceed financial and performance targets.Direct patient care from admission to discharge, guiding staff to ensure safe and effective home therapy support for ESRD patients.Assess patient and caregiver readiness, providing training on equipment use and maintenance.Enhance patient experience by supporting satisfaction initiatives and embodying organizational values.Ensure staff competency in equipment operation, troubleshooting, and maintaining certifications.Manage supplies, equipment, and compliance activities, including regulatory reporting and audits.Support staff orientation, ongoing education, and quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) with current state licensure.CPR certification required.Minimum one year dialysis experience, including peritoneal dialysis; medical-surgical or ICU experience preferred.Leadership and supervisory experience preferred.Strong communication, customer service, and performance management skills.
