About the role

Responsible for managing daily operations and supporting the growth of a Home Therapies program, ensuring high-quality patient care in compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight, training, and scheduling for home dialysis therapies, ensuring safety and adherence to standards.
  • Manage program finances to meet or exceed budgets and performance metrics.
  • Supervise patient care from admission to discharge, supporting staff to deliver safe, effective home therapy support for ESRD patients.
  • Assess patient and caregiver readiness and environment, training on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Enhance patient experience by supporting satisfaction initiatives and embodying organizational values.
  • Ensure staff competency in equipment operation, troubleshooting, and maintaining certifications.
  • Oversee supplies and equipment management, ensuring timely replenishment and tracking.
  • Lead quality improvement activities, data entry, regulatory compliance, and staff orientation and education.
  • Participate in projects and audits, performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current state licensure.
  • CPR certification.
  • Minimum one year dialysis experience, including peritoneal therapy, with preferred medical-surgical or ICU background.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Training in dialysis therapies with demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
