Dialysis Program Manager - RN

Role: Oversees daily operations of a Home Therapies program, ensuring quality patient care and program growth. Responsibilities Provides safe, effective oversight, training, and scheduling for home dialysis therapies, complying with policies and regulations.Manages program profitability, performance metrics, and patient care from admission to discharge.Ensures patient and caregiver readiness, environment suitability, and equipment operation training.Supports patient satisfaction initiatives and promotes a positive patient experience.Maintains staff competency, manages supplies, equipment, and regulatory compliance activities.Oversees data entry, quality assurance, patient retention, and staff orientation and education.Participates in projects, audits, and other assigned duties. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) with appropriate licensure and CPR certification.Minimum one year dialysis experience, including peritoneal dialysis; supervisory experience preferred.Leadership skills in communication, customer service, and quality improvement.Ability to perform patient care tasks, including lifting and moving patients and equipment.Ability to troubleshoot equipment and manage supplies effectively.
