Dialysis Nurse - Outpatient

Role: Outpatient Registered Nurse providing dialysis therapy to adult patients with chronic kidney disease. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and manage vascular access and dialysis machines.Administer IV medications and closely monitor patients during treatment.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.Educate patients and families on treatment and care procedures.Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse licensure with relevant clinical experience.Strong assessment, clinical, and patient education skills.Ability to work effectively in a regulated healthcare setting and collaborate within a team.
