Overview

The Dialysis Clinical Educator, Virtual Training, is a key role within the Sales and Marketing organization. This position focuses on maintaining and improving customer education through the creation and execution of virtual training sessions.

Job Description

The Virtual Clinical Educator is responsible for understanding and proficiently using various technologies such as Teams, Word, Excel, OBS, SalesForce, and other audio and visual tools for virtual meetings. They are tasked with effectively training and motivating partners, as well as nursing staff on product use and practical applications. Additionally, they create virtual curriculums to address educational needs and implement and execute virtual education sessions as necessary.

Success Profile

To succeed in this role, candidates must have 5+ years of experience in education and/or the dialysis industry. They should possess very strong interpersonal skills, be self-starters, energetic, and have an infectious, positive, can-do attitude. The role requires an understanding of Fresenius Medical Care's products, computer programs, presentation skills, and adult education principles.
