Dialysis Charge Nurse

About the role

Dialysis Charge Nurse / Clinical Coordinator to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. Oversee treatment, guide clinical staff, and ensure the highest standards of care and safety.

Key Details

• Operational Hours: Monday - Saturday 4:00am - 3:00pm (Saturdays are every other week)
• The clinic uses Fresenius 2008T machines, there are 9 chairs, with 1 RN and 2 dialysis techs scheduled per shift
• Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes
• Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs
• Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Requirements

• Current RN license and CPR certification
• 18+ months RN experience, including a minimum of 6 months dialysis experience
• Charge RN readiness approval required
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
• CNN/CDN certification a plus
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
