About the role

DaVita is hiring a Dialysis RN to serve as Clinical Coordinator/Charge Nurse, leading outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. In this role, you’ll oversee treatment, guide clinical staff, and ensure the highest standards of care and safety in a 24-chair clinic using Fresenius 2008T machines. The team typically includes 2 RNs and 4-5 technicians per shift.

Schedule

Monday – Saturday, 5:00 AM – 4:30 PM (rotating schedule to include every other Saturday).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes
• Supervise clinical staff, including Patient Care Technicians (PCTs)
• Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Requirements

• Current RN license and CPR certification
• 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months in dialysis
• Charge RN readiness approval required
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
• CNN/CDN certification a plus
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Pay

The wage range for this role is $41.00 – $54.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
