About the Role

DaVita is hiring an experienced Dialysis Charge Nurse / Clinical Coordinator to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. In this role, you’ll oversee treatment, guide clinical staff, and ensure the highest standards of care and safety in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 5:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes in a clinic with 13 chairs, 2 dialysis techs, and 1 RN per day
• Supervise clinical staff, including Patient Care Technicians (PCTs)
• Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families

Requirements

• Active Ohio RN license and CPR certification
• 18+ months of RN experience, including 6+ months in dialysis
• Charge RN readiness approval required
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
• CNN/CDN certification a plus
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
• Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays
