Diagnostic Imaging Manager - Full Time, Day Shift

About the Role

Manages the daily operations of the diagnostic imaging department, overseeing patient services, personnel, scheduling, finance, and equipment. Ensures compliance with regulations and standards, supervises staff, and maintains quality assurance. Coordinates technical operations, monitors imaging systems, and manages patient data confidentiality. Responsible for recruiting, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff, while optimizing departmental productivity and implementing performance improvements. Develops budgets, researches new technologies, and recommends equipment upgrades to enhance efficiency. Ensures adherence to HIPAA and other regulations. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred
• Five years' registered technologist experience; leadership experience preferred
• Certification or licensure in ARRT, ARDMS, or NMTCB required
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of radiology information systems, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
• Ability to exercise independent judgment, strategic planning, and maintain high standards of patient care and safety
