About the Role
The Diagnostic Imaging Manager oversees daily operations of the department, ensuring efficient patient services, personnel management, scheduling, budgeting, and equipment maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates technical operations and supervises staff
- Manages quality assurance and maintains compliance with regulations
- Implements performance improvement programs
- Monitors imaging systems and manages departmental budgets
- Researches new technologies to enhance productivity
- Ensures patient confidentiality and data integrity
- Performs other related duties as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred)
- Certification in ARRT, ARDMS, or NMTCB
- Five years of experience as a registered technologist
- One year of experience in leadership roles
