About the Role

The Diagnostic Imaging Manager oversees daily operations of the department, ensuring efficient patient services, personnel management, scheduling, budgeting, and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates technical operations and supervises staff
  • Manages quality assurance and maintains compliance with regulations
  • Implements performance improvement programs
  • Monitors imaging systems and manages departmental budgets
  • Researches new technologies to enhance productivity
  • Ensures patient confidentiality and data integrity
  • Performs other related duties as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred)
  • Certification in ARRT, ARDMS, or NMTCB
  • Five years of experience as a registered technologist
  • One year of experience in leadership roles
