Full-Time Diagnostic Imaging Manager

About the Role

The Diagnostic Imaging Manager oversees all technical and clerical staff within the Imaging Services Department, ensuring compliance with quality standards, JCAHO, and State requirements. This role manages technical procedures, workflow, and patient care safety while directly overseeing assigned operations to ensure effective service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical procedures and workflow within the Imaging Services Department.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, JCAHO, and State requirements.
• Manage and supervise technical and clerical staff.
• Direct operations to facilitate safe, patient-centered imaging services.
• Maintain adherence to imaging protocols and patient care safety.

Requirements

• Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology school.
• California Diagnostic Radiologic Technology Certification (or equivalent).
• At least 6 years of healthcare experience, including 4 years in a supervisory role.
• Additional certifications in radiology, MRI, nuclear medicine, or sonography.
• BLS certification.
• Environmental and unit-specific training within specified timeframes.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience.
