About the Role

Oversee daily operations of the diagnostic imaging department, including patient services, personnel management, scheduling, finances, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Supervise staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Manage quality assurance programs.
• Coordinate technical operations to optimize patient processing and image data integrity while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
• Manage budgets and evaluate new technologies to improve departmental productivity.
• Perform strategic planning and oversee departmental projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; Master's preferred.
• Five years' registered technologist experience and one year of leadership experience preferred.
• Certifications in ARRT, ARDMS, or NMTCB required.
