About the Role

Support diabetes prevention and management through nutrition services, education, and program coordination within the community. Promote diabetes awareness, nutrition education, and community engagement to improve health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and group Medical Nutrition Therapy.
• Assist with menu planning and meal coordination.
• Help organize community events aligned with grant and budget guidelines.

Requirements

• Credential as a registered dietitian or nutritionist required.
