Requirements
- Registered Dietitian License (RD)
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 2 years of Registered Dietitian experience is required.
- CDCES certification - preferred
Qualifications
- Experience in diabetes self-management training
- Implement clinical and education programs
- Be responsible for quality improvement
- Research activities and be an expert resource for both patients and providers
- May be responsible for the ADA Recognized Program process and community support programs
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of diabetes management and nutrition
