Duties And Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems.
- Travel to job sites in the service area and work with dispatch to ensure the schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to the customer.
- Be available to work nights and weekends on a rotating basis to service emergency needs of our customers.
- Maintain good working order of company vehicle including refueling as necessary, reporting any mechanical issues, and filling out and submitting vehicle inspection form.
- Support Milestone efforts to ensure effective communication with customers.
- Provide extreme customer service skills, interact with homeowners, collect money, and relay information clearly.
- Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment on the vehicle.
- Inform homeowner about potential opportunities for additional business (newer system, service contracts, and additional services).
- Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential customers.
- Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems.
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of HVAC residential service experience.
- A current EPA certification and State Registered TDLR.
- Positive-forward thinking and excellent in conflict resolution.
- Excellent organization, communication, and prioritization skills.
- Strong multi-tasking skills, including the ability to flex on demand across multiple support channels.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret plans and manuals.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office, and IOS devices.

Physical And Mental Requirements
- Must be able to lift and move items of 75 pounds and/or more on regular basis and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces.
- Must be able to climb, bend, kneel, crawl and stoop on a frequent basis for extended periods.
- Must be able to work in cramped or high places such as attics, ladders and tunnels.
- Must be able to carry heavy items up and down stairs.
- Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat, rain, snow or sleet.
- Must have mental skills such as critical thinking, problem solving, and a technical vocabulary to understand direction and adhere to established procedures.
- Willing to adapt well in the face of workplace stressors such as customer service complaints.
