DEXIS Regional Clinical Training Specialist (Southern California)
Provide hands-on and/or remote post-sale product training on digital imaging products to customers in a clinical setting. Additional training opportunities include imaging software and related technology. Serve as a source for training escalations within the territory and partner with internal and external teams to assist customers with their clinical needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-user training on supported intraoral imaging products.
- Report and maintain documentation on completed trainings.
- Review and follow up on completed surveys within the territory to ensure clinical training meets stakeholder needs.
- Serve as the initial point of escalation and investigation for clinical training issues within the territory.
- Provide support to Clinical Program Managers and Product Management in testing and implementing new products.
- Conduct billable clinical training sessions while building and maintaining a pipeline of future training opportunities through customer outreach, needs analysis, and relationship management.
- Attend tradeshows and educational events for clinical representation and assistance.
- Obtain and maintain certification on supported products.
- Manage priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel up to 75% as dictated by business needs, including occasional non-standard hours and weekends.
- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven ability to work remotely and independently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Associate degree or equivalent certifications and/or licenses.
- 5 years of hands-on clinical dental experience with at least 2 years in a customer-facing position.
- Proven experience utilizing dental imaging equipment.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must live within the geographic area of Seattle, WA or surrounding areas.
- Valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of training experience within a clinical setting.
- Experience with selling within a commercial space.
- Radiation Safety certification.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Advanced knowledge of radiology.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
Territory/Travel
Territory covers Southern California from San Diego to the Central Coast (e.g., San Luis Obispo) and includes Bakersfield, Riverside, and Palm Springs. The role involves 25% virtual training and 75% in-field work, with up to 25% overnight travel. A car allowance and mileage reimbursement are provided through Motus.
Pay
$90,000 - $100,000 per year. Compensation may include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, and a 401K match.
