Clinical Training Specialist - San Francisco/Bay Area

About the role

Provides clinical training and support to customers, as a subject matter expert, on-site and/or remotely to ensure customer is prepared to operate their equipment according to a minimum of safe and effective use guidelines and to fully utilize the complex functionality of the technology to meet their business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person case coverage
• Ensures product/s and ancillary components are available for each case.
• Completes and processes all procedure related paperwork as required.
• Tracks and reports all customer complaints.
• Sets up and manages a disposable inventory sufficient to cover assigned case load.
• Bridges the gap between VIS products and procedures and the clinical team by assisting, training, and educating physicians, nurses, other hospital staff, and technicians on the use of our products.
• Supports VIS products and procedures by assisting, training, and educating physicians, nurses, other hospital staff, and technicians on the use of our products.
• Supports physicians and staff with the most current information available.
