Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides clinical insight and educational support and training on the technical applications of TriSalus Life Sciences products.
- Establishes and maintains strong customer relationships with Interventional Radiology healthcare professionals and organizations.
- Presents and discusses clinical data to influence the clinical decision-making process.
- Identifies and addresses the clinical needs, goals, and constraints of existing and potential customers.
- Serves as the primary resource for clinical support, including coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education for TriSalus products.
- Informs customers about the latest product, therapy, and technology developments in the industry.
- Assists in sales and ongoing support of TriNav to promote consistent utilization.
- Transfers account knowledge and other requested information to the Sales Manager on a weekly basis.
- Delivers presentations and event coordination with key Opinion Leaders.
- Acts with a sense of urgency, focusing on driving utilization and ensuring excellent procedural outcomes.
- Engages in procedural and technical discussions to inform customers about the latest developments.
- Supports the territory business plan by achieving assigned sales objectives in partnership with assigned RBM(s).
- Becomes a company expert and resource on both TriNav and competitive products.
- Works with appropriate hospital personnel to submit complete orders.
- Provides education and support to improve inventory control among appropriate staff.
- Maintains a complete and consistent activity log.
- Supports territory administrative initiatives, participates in patient criteria identification, and engages in individual and group sales and education presentations.
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with peers and colleagues across organization levels.
- Participates in appropriate local trade shows and conferences.
Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent in related discipline preferred.
- 5+ years of directly related experience in healthcare industry preferred.
- Strong clinical orientation, experience with products for use in interventional radiology, radiology/cardiology strongly preferred.
- Proven skills in leadership, management, and communication, including presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with Executive team and outside customers.
- Positive, humble attitude that seeks feedback and accepts it from all comers; owns mistakes, learns from them, and quickly makes corrections.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
